About
NativeCluster builds on-premise AI appliances for work that can't be sent to the cloud. Legal Box, our first product, brings that to law firms: AI over your own files, with nothing leaving the building.
NativeCluster is an independent company based in Vancouver, British Columbia. We design and assemble private AI appliances: self-contained hardware that runs modern language models entirely on a customer's own premises, with nothing sent to an outside service.
We started with the profession that feels the cloud-privacy conflict most acutely. That product is Legal Box, a private AI appliance for law firms. It is what we do, and for now it is all we do.
The useful AI tools almost all run in someone else's data center. For a law firm, or any practice bound by confidentiality, that is a problem you cannot policy your way out of. A better terms-of-service page does not put the data back in your control.
We think the honest answer is to keep the work on hardware you own, in a room you control. That is the whole idea behind everything we build.
A five-figure appliance that holds a firm's most sensitive material is a relationship, not a checkout. We would rather sit down with a managing partner and understand the work than route a sale through a form.
So we stay close after the sale: setup in your office, a real person to call, and the same people who built the appliance standing behind it. We are based in Vancouver and work in person with firms nearby.
One appliance, bought once, yours to keep. No metered cloud bill, no vendor holding a copy of your files.
Confidentiality should come from where the work runs, not from a clause you have to trust.
We describe what the system does and avoid what we cannot stand behind. This whole site is written that way on purpose.
It should arrive working and supported, not as a kit your IT person has to babysit.
Book a consultation and we will work out, together, whether Legal Box fits your firm. No obligation, and nothing leaves your office to find out.
